HOW TO DO A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
Our exciting, new virtual design service means you can meet with one of our designers online, without them coming to your home. Our designers can discuss your requirements and find the perfect solution for your space.
1. Book a virtual consultation.
The first step is to book a virtual consultation on our website and one of our expert designers will be allocated to you. Our designers are set up to work from a safe place and will call you to get to know you and your garden a little better. During this consultation, your designer will explain how the design process will work, as we can share drawings both over email or we can set up a meeting online to talk over options and ideas – we are flexible, so just let us know what works best for you.
2. Measure and show us your space.
The next step is to get us started on designing your space. All you need to do is measure your space and take a few photographs of your current kitchen, you can do this using your phone or tablet camera. We can guide you through this on one of our calls.
The measurements, structure and layout of your kitchen or wardrobe will form the basis of your design, so for tips on how to measure yours, we’ve created a simple and easy guide to make sure you get all the important ones noted down – find the link below. Should take no more than 10 minutes to do. Once done, please share your measurements with your designer. The designer will then create a to-scale, 3D design of your space.
3. Help us get to know you.
Every garden is based on individual taste, purpose and function. Our designer will talk with you to find out more about your preferences, budget and lifestyle and we will share ideas and design options. In the meantime, we do suggest you explore our website so you can see what style sparks your inspiration the most.
4. Receive your design and documentation.
Once we know what you are after, your designer will get to work creating your landscape design plan and will also be able to give you a full detailed costing.
5. Build with confidence.
When you are happy with your design, you can place a start date for construction. We’ll then work with you to construct your new landscape garden.
